Conflux Technologies is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of all users of the digital sports services platform known as “DXB Sports” available online at the www.dxb-sports.com website (the “Website”) and as a mobile application on iOS and Google Play (together the “Platform”). The Platform is managed and operated by or on behalf of Conflux Technologies.
The Platform is a “one-stop-shop” digital hub for sports lovers, organizers and stakeholders within the United Arab Emirates community and visiting tourists which facilitates the delivery of information, news and video content pertaining to sporting events in Dubai; the booking of tickets; venues, accommodation, transport or sporting equipment and apparel as well as enabling and encouraging more active participation, communication and engagement in sporting endeavors among Dubai’s locals, residents and tourists to align with the Dubai 2021 Vision of creating a happier, and healthier society while increasing the economic impact of sports in Dubai.
The terms “we ”, “our(s)” or “us” hereunder refer to Conflux Technologies and its affiliates and the terms “you” and “your” hereunder refer to the users of the Platform.
We are committed to providing excellent service to all customers, including respecting their concerns about privacy and taking the relevant measures to safeguard their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. We have provided this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to help you understand how we collect, process and use your personal information when you visit and use the Platform, and how you can access and update this information. Collecting this information enables us to better understand the visitors who visit the Platform, where they visit from and what content on the Platform interests them. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your device every time you browse the internet. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
